Two-Witt Too-Woo is a UK based company offering high quality kids clothing.
Making a purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our product pages
and click on the Buy Now button shown alongside the product you would like to
purchase. After adding an item to your shopping cart by pressing the Buy
Now button, you will be shown the current contents of your cart. At this
point you can easily change quantities, delete items from your cart,
continue shopping or checkout.
After pressing the Checkout button you will be prompted to sign in or create an account. Once you have signed in you can complete your order using either credit card or UK debit card or cheque. When the order is complete you will be sent an email confirming your order.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Solo, Switch and Maestro as forms of payment.
All transactions will be charged in UK pounds and will be shown on your
credit card statement in your local currency. Please note that the
transaction will appear on your statement as Two-Witt Too-Woo.

For non mainland UK and international orders we will contact you to confirm shipping costs prior to charging your credit card.
Delivery schedule
I aim to dispatch all orders within 14 days of receipt of the order, if for any reason there is to be a delay in dispatching your order I will notify you as soon as possible. Many of the garments will be made on receipt of your order and therefore on occasions there may be a delay of a maximum 28 days.
Back orders
If any item from your order is not in stock, we will back order it for
you. Your credit card will not be charged until your order is ready to be
shipped.
Returns Policy
I pride myself on using fabrics of superb quality and an excellent finish of my garments, however if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase please return it to us unused within 14 days and I will exchange the item or refund the purchase price to you.
When returning goods please remember:-
1. To include your details and the reason for returning the item.
2. To obtain proof of posting as we cannot except responsibility for items lost in the post while being returned to us.
3. Return postage will not be refunded unless the item is faulty.
Should you wish to exchange your item for another one of the same or higher value, you may return the product (at your own expense, unless faulty) unused within 14 days. You will pay any price difference and another postage fee to cover the cost of the new item being sent to you.
Pricing Errors
I am not responsible for any pricing errors on the website, although I make every effort to ensure the website is accurate. If after you have placed your order I find there is a mistake on the price of your order we will let you know as soon as possible giving you the option to cancel or reorder.
